ABOUT

Arthur and Lucy are involved in cross-cultural mission through international ministry, which includes reaching out to international students, scholars, and residents. Arthur was an assistant pastor at an international church in San Diego and Lucy was also part of the church staff. They participated in multiple facets in ministry, including preaching, facilitating bible studies, one-on-one discipleship, evangelistic outreaches, and leading small groups. They are continuing their mission in international ministry in Madison, Wisconsin. Lucy is the administrator for the international student ministry department at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Arthur is an independent pastor and Y.E.S. missionary here in Madison. They have a son named Roan.

MINISTRY

We partner with various ministries here in Madison that reach out to the international community. We speak in different campus groups such as the Indonesian Christian Fellowship and Asian Christian Fellowship. We lead an international life group through Blackhawk Church. We are also involved in one-on-one discipleship and mentoring with a number of individuals. Arthur is also part of the preaching team at Madison Chinese Christian Church.
