Neil Clark serves local churches in St. Petersburg Russia by providing leadership development, mentoring, training and conference/retreat support to pastors and church leaders. Neil’s long term mission is to develop a pastors and leaders retreat & training center in St. Petersburg to be used by pastors and leaders throughout Russia.
